I have to say I rarely intiate any arguments with anyone while dining outside. However, what I had last night was totally beyond my expectation.I arrived at about 710 pm with my friend. Fortunately, we did not have to wait much to get seated so it came as a delight to me. After ordering dishes (crispy squids with pepper, clay pot rice and choi sum) which I believed the waitress heard clearly what I said, it simply took me 10 mins for the squid to be delivered. I arrived at about 710 pm with my friend. Fortunately, we did not have to wait much to get seated so it came as a delight to me. After ordering dishes (crispy squids with pepper, clay pot rice and choi sum) which I believed the waitress heard clearly what I said, it simply took me 10 mins for the squid to be delivered. However, it took us another 30+ mins to wait for the remaining dishes. I understand clay pot rice normally takes abouut 20 mins so I have not put that into the equation. However, upon asking for the veggie, the waiter reported to me and my friend the order was not taken at all. While attempting to suppress my anger and frustration I requested politely to have the dish reordered. However, the dish failed to be delivered in another 10 mins while other customers (including the ones sitting next to me and who arrived 30 mins later than me) have already received their veggie dish. I tried to wave at the waiter and waitress but to no avail.Running out of methods, I reached out to the bar trying to find the waiter. I repeated the above situation but before I finished my lines the waiter scolded at me and said "‘你咪走lor, 我幫你cancel 張單". Dumbfounded, I asked him to say that again. He did so and asked me to "走" la again. This is way too much I have to say.
This is not my first time to come to this restaurant. During breakfast time it was okay (but it was 1.5 years ago). My parents visited here occasionally before too. However, service has declined badly. I have to say I simply wanted food to be delivered asap and finish my dinner so I could get back to my work. Nonetheless, what I had received from the waiter was insolence and discourteousness. I did not expect a sudden termination to my dinner but a complete and enjoyable experience.
