Going to Thai Master is a treat for people who are looking for a wide menu of Thai cuisine. Both the interior and balcony view offer their own individual perks so be sure to give both a try. I started off my meal with a coconut to drink; needless to say, it was prepared swiftly and was fresh in every sense of the word.  Speaking of fresh, the followup appetizer .I ordered consisted of about a dozen raw shrimp paired with a green sauce. Just like before, the shrimp had no strong odors or flavors

I ordered consisted of about a dozen raw shrimp paired with a green sauce. Just like before, the shrimp had no strong odors or flavors that would indicate any poor sourcing or preparation. The sauce was astringent and heavy in cilantro overtones, offsetting the mild shrimp flavors.

 For my entrée, I ordered a Thai style omelet with baby oysters on top of a bed of bean sprouts. The dish came out sizzling hot and smelled incredibly fragrant, with a heavily caramelized outer layer. The presentation of the dish was definitely the highlight of the night with the aromas and colors. Each component of the dish was prepared well, even the bean sprouts which acted as a nice palate cleanser to the scattered oysters found throughout the omelet, found in generous portions.  That's why I enjoy Thai Food so much !
