Weekend同朋友系尖沙咀做完facial,朋友话带我去食一间楼上泰国菜,一入到去充满泰国风情。服务员态度好nice,热情温柔。前菜叫左个泰式凤爪。凤爪经过长时间炖煮,软糯却不失弹性,入口即化。酸辣的酱汁是灵魂所在,融合了泰国鱼露、柠檬汁、辣椒和香菜的清新风味,酸中带辣,微微的甜味平衡了整体口感。每一口都让人回味无穷,忍不住一口接一口,作为开胃菜堪称完美。跟住系泰式啖啖蟹肉蟹膏炒蛋配薄饼。炒蛋蓬松柔软,蟹肉和蟹膏的鲜甜在舌尖绽放,浓郁的海鲜风味与蛋香完美融合。搭配的薄饼薄如蝉翼,轻轻一撕,裹上炒蛋,口感层次丰富。薄饼的微脆与炒蛋的软嫩形成对比,尼道菜不仅美味,还充满互动乐趣,适合与朋友共享。泰式烧牛肉配秘制酱汁是主菜中的亮点。牛肉选用优质部位,烤得外焦内嫩,肉汁被完美锁住。秘制酱汁带有浓郁的泰式风味,酸甜中带点微辣,与牛肉的炭香相得益彰。牛肉切片厚实,每一口都充满嚼劲,酱汁的清新感中和了油腻,让这道菜成为桌上焦点。泰式生胡椒炒青口则展现了泰国菜的粗犷与细腻。青口新鲜肥美,搭配新鲜生胡椒的独特辛香,入口时胡椒的清辣与青口的鲜甜在舌尖碰撞,热辣辣上台,让人忍不住大快朵颐。泰式虾肉炒金边粉则是经典泰式炒粉的代表作。金边粉吸饱了酱汁,口感滑顺却不黏腻,虾肉鲜甜弹牙,搭配豆芽、葱段和花生的丰富配料,口感层次分明。酱汁中鱼露、罗望子和椰糖的比例恰到好处,挤上几滴青柠汁,更加提升了整体的清新感,完美诠释了泰式料理的平衡之道。饮品方面,我地都叫左畅饮,分别叫左青柠梳打,清爽解腻,青柠的酸香与气泡水的清凉完美搭配,是重口味泰菜的最佳伴侣。洋甘菊手工毡酒则带来惊喜,洋甘菊的温柔花香与杜松子的清冽交融,入口顺滑,回味带有一丝草本清香。薄荷手工毡酒则更加活泼,薄荷的清凉感让人精神一振,适合夏日享用。最后的长岛冰茶鸡尾酒则是经典之选,混搭带来层次丰富的口感,微甜而不腻,完美为这餐画上句号。 继续阅读

去咗尖沙咀泰斗食新派泰菜,坐喺半露天嘅位,环境真系几chill!微风阵阵,配埋啱啱亮灯嘅夜景,感觉特别写意,啱晒同朋友叹住食嘢倾计。🥢咖喱南瓜海鲜盅呢款菜一上枱就闻到浓浓嘅咖喱香味,配埋南瓜嘅甜味,真系超级match!海鲜嘅鲜味同咖喱香完美融合,尤其青口,新鲜大只,煮得啱啱好,唔会太老又有弹性。南瓜盅好creamy,食完仲想刮埋底,真系一流!🥢泰式啖啖蟹肉蟹膏炒蛋配薄饼呢个真系大惊喜!炒蛋好滑,蟹膏味道浓郁,蟹肉又多又鲜,份量唔算太少。薄饼够脆,包住炒蛋一齐食,层次感好丰富,好似在食高级版嘅泰式taco!🥢泰式炒椰菜苗呢个虽然系一个简单嘅菜式,但炒得好够镬气,椰菜苗嫩滑,仲有啲蒜香同鱼露嘅咸香,惹味开胃。🥢泰式烧牛肉配秘制酱汁牛肉烧得啱啱好,外层微焦带少少烟熏香,内里仲保持嫩滑多汁!秘制酱汁酸酸甜甜,带出咗牛肉嘅鲜味,食完之后回味无穷。🥢椰汁沙冰饮品方面,椰汁沙冰真系夏天必嗌!椰香味浓郁,冰沙幼滑,饮落好refreshing,几啖就饮晒,真系解暑一流。🥢Fruit PunchFruit Punch酸酸甜甜,几有热带风味,好适合泰菜嘅餐后解腻。泰斗主打新派泰菜,无论系味道定系卖相都几有心思,最重要系味道真系唔错!而且环境舒服,适合同朋友或者情侣约会。 继续阅读

香港泰斗餐厅(Thai Master)是一家令人难忘的东南亚美食胜地,其独特的用餐体验值得五星好评!餐厅位于尖沙咀中达大厦4楼,环境低调却充满格调,室内以明艳的装饰和射灯营造浪漫氛围,室外露台更是一绝,可俯瞰九龙公园的葱郁景色,夜晚灯光点缀下尤为浪漫,适合纪念日或好友小聚。菜品方面,招牌泰斗咖喱蟹堪称一绝,蟹肉饱满鲜甜,裹着香浓的椰香咖喱酱汁,融合蛋花的醇厚,入口层次丰富。海南鸡去骨嫩滑,鸡皮爽脆,搭配蒜蓉酱或酸辣酱更添风味;菠萝炒饭金黄诱人,腰果、肉松与海鲜的搭配令人回味。小食如椰汁西米糕椰香浓郁,西米Q弹清甜;泰式香草烧鸡皮脆肉嫩,现点现制的热辣口感让人欲罢不能。服务同样出色,店员响应迅速且彬彬有礼,即使高峰时段也保持高效。无论是约会、聚会,还是追求味蕾的惊喜,泰斗都能满足。人均约250港币的价位,在尖沙咀地段性价比颇高,实为香港泰餐的宝藏之选! 继续阅读

价钱算OK,啲嘢食选择都几多,个冬阴功热辣辣好惹味,炸虾饼都好好食,职员态度都好好之前临急临忙改日子打俾佢哋都冇问题但啲食物器皿睇落有啲残旧,个冷盘虾沙律放咗喺一个残残旧旧嘅透明遮喱杯入边,所以冇乜意欲掂佢,但系见到隔篱枱唔系食下午茶叫其他小食炒粉面其实就冇呢个问题我系坐喺室外,环境就一般般,周围俾啲唐楼包住,加埋啲帐篷,风景真系麻麻地,不过如果唔介意,其实都可以一试 继续阅读
