Been here three times and enjoyed the concept of being able to personalise your ramen with choice of soup base, toppings, chilliness, texture of noodles and extras. The two soup bases I have tried are the pork and the 'limited edition'. Both were flavoursome and complemented the noodles and charshu well. The noodles also came out with the right texture. It is a bit on the pricier side, $90-100+ per bowl,but it has been consistently good.
