Passed by and saw their lovely hot chocolate so I decided to give it a try despite being a bit pricey. You can choose one of their chocolates to mix with it, which I chose whisky.The server kindly explains that after taking a few sips (and taking your photos), to mix the sphere with the hot chocolate.The hot chocolate was rich to begin with though I cannot really taste the whisky(I think they better add two chocolates to it instead)The real kick came after mixing the sphere with the whole cup. The real kick came after mixing the sphere with the whole cup. The hot chocolate became so creamy and smooth after mixing them up. However, if the whisky(or whatever flavor you choose) can be a bit more prominent, then it would be even better.
题外话/补充资料：
Hope the shop will add two chocolates to it instead of one
