This is not my first time there. Walked in with my husband at 7:30p.m. on a Sunday night and Burgeroom was busy. We ordered two burgers and a cheese fried. We waited 45 mins for the first item to come up, cheese fried. 10 mins later, my fish burger came, but no classic burger for my husband. After we finished the fried and fish burger, my husband's order still has not come. We were very angry at that point, so we asked for the refund for the classic burger. Burgeroom need a major wake up

After we finished the fried and fish burger, my husband's order still has not come. We were very angry at that point, so we asked for the refund for the classic burger. Burgeroom need a major wake up call. First, there is no way it takes 55 mins to make a burger and still missed the order. This experience is so bad that we would not ever go back again.
