My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to sit down in Festival Walk. Both Starbucks and Pacific Coffee were full, so we went to the relatively empty Page One Cafe. The decor was bright and comfortable, and the pastry looked nice from the outside. The waitress, however, was unfriendly when leading us to our table, and seemed pissed when cleaning the mess left behind by the previous customer.

The menu was literally falling apart, and the selection was pathetic. We decided that we would like to share the high tea set, but had to wait for a long time in an empty cafe for the waitress to come by and take our order. When she finally did, she told us insolently that the high tea set wasn't available on weekdays, before immediately walking away (to attended to other imaginary customers, no doubt). It was a long wait again before she would come back to take our order of an afternoon tea set.

The food tasted like frozen pastry coming straight from the microwave, and the coffee was a cheap robusta. The only consolation was that the place was indeed very quiet, and we sat there for a fairly long time - long enough to notice that the cafe could not keep up with the times had no Wi-Fi.

We did not leave a tip for the undeserving service, and the waitress angrily slamed the tray onto the counter. That was perhaps the most satisfying part of the whole visit.
