It’s worth to taste their signature noodles in fish broth. The soup was thick clinging onto the noodles, with bits of fish which were not fishy.
With the shallot and crispy condiment added to noodle soup it reminds me of Indonesian noodles in soup. That deep fried bean cracker was delicious and it didn’t go soggy even being soaked in the broth till the end. Interesting!
