I was blown away by Hong Kong Cuisine’s innovative take on Cantonese dishes. Their DiningCity special menu (HKD250/person) was a delight—highlights included the crispy prawn with tropical fruit sauce (perfectly crunchy and tangy) and the luxurious abalone minced pork tart. The red vinegar chicken broth jelly was refreshingly unique.

The steamed Sichuan spicy prawn dumpling packed a punch, while the pan-fried satay beef bun was crispy and flavorful. The hairy crab roe rice with fish maw was rich and indulgent. We also loved the extra braised beef rice roll—so tender and unique!

Ending with homemade tofu ice cream was genius. A must-try for modern Cantonese cuisine!
