TST has a lot of new restaurants recently. I had a wonderful dinner in this western restaurant, where it located inside the Gateway. It was definetely a good place to gather and with a relatively high cost-price value. Tho the restaurant area is not too large, it feels spacious to sit in, and the whole courtyard is already fulled at 7:30 (weekday)! Beef Tartar, with 5 differnt dippings , you may taste the one you loved and overall, the texture of beef was so good!
Lobster Bisque, it is not difficult to find lobster in the soup. The lobster was so fresh.
Bolognese, the pasta was a bit chewy with its appetizing sauce.
Parma Ham Pizza, the dough was so crispy and with so many ingredients including parma ham, and rocket on top, yummy!!
Grilled Hanger Steak - Medium cooked. It scored 100 marks with its tender texture~ It became one of my highly recommended dishes in 2021!
Tiramisu was the most signature dish. It was freshly made, you will be addicted to this dessert if you were a coffeeholic!
