一寿司 (已結業)

Sushi One is one of my favorite Jap restaurants. Had dinner with a couple of friends last night. The sashimi is fresh overall. Highly recommend "燒玉子", costs only HK$9 and taste so good. I've tried "燒玉子" at 板長 and 板前 before as well, but both are more expensive and doesn't taste as good as Sushi One. I like 板前 as well, but I couldn't understand why people think 板長 is better as the price is more expensive than Sushi One and tastes similar/worse...
