Dinner in the private area. Here’s what we had.-4 types of appetizers:爽脆豆苗- very spicy, couldn’t try.醬香蓮藕- ditto.滷水墨魚- tender.沙姜醬蹄- was warned was spicy as well but I tried and found it ok- more 麻 than 辣. Good balance of taste.-Seafood dishes:凍龍蝦- not normally a fan of lobster but was nice. Went very well with the sauce on the side.豉油皇海中蝦- normally not a fan of shrimps that came in their shells (too lazy…) but I had to fight with everyone to get more. 豉油皇海中蝦- normally not a fan of shrimps that came in their shells (too lazy…) but I had to fight with everyone to get more. Very fresh and fragrant with the 薑蔥 and the shells came off very easily as well.

香煎馬友- crispy skin and tender meat. Originally was supposed to come with 凍馬友 as well, but restaurant declared that it was sold out.

醉鮑魚拼醉鴿- interesting combo. Tender and aromatic with the wine.

菠蘿咕嚕肉- one of the best I have tried. Batter was not as crunchy as some, but the meat was tender and very tasty.

Ordered the 滷水鵝肝 as well but but restaurant declared that it was sold out. So went for the 豬大腸 instead. Tried a bite- crispy skin but really not a fan of these organs.

Fried rice with goose. I was the only one who could taste celery bits. Very fragrant with the spring onions.

No dessert. But plenty of alcohol.
In summary: bill was around $400 pp. Excellent value for money. Skilled chef. Recommended.
