I ordered the Tiramisu flavored one and the actual pancake was light and fluffy as you’d expect, they also have the typical cocoa powder and cream although they can definitely add more coffee taste as they only had a small squeezy syringe filled with coffee to add flavor. Besides that, it was pretty good. A friend ordered the cream cheese berry one which also tasted really good. Would definitely recommend.

I tried this once in Japan before and ordered the original flavor; I’d say the original flavor is still the best one out of them all. If you are thinking of coming here, you should make sure you’ve got time to spare as there is always a line that can even go to the other side of the escalators. I ended up waiting for 50 mins before I was able to get a seat. The cost is around $80 - $120 for 3 pancakes or some with meals as they also have salty meal pancakes, which isn’t too bad for the price.
