I've had lunch here a couple of times and the lines are always extensively long, but this time we were able to get the booking secured.Apparently it was extremely had to get a booking here and boy it did not disappoint.The soup base was a pork bone soup with clams, the clams were fresh and tasted great, albeit a bit salty from the soup base. The soup base was amazing, the collagen made my lips so sticky and I couldn't wait to put noodles into this. Might even surpass some ramen soup bases.First

First up they came and introduced the plate of delicious beef that was just killed this morning, a castrated cow apparently is supposed to taste juicier and tastier. We ordered a platter to share for $420 and the portion was quite generous.

Next up we ordered a set for $480 per person which also includes a glass of wine/beer/sake, your choice. The white they selected was crisp and not too sour, perfect as a starting wine.

Once the plate of beef was set down, it was disappearing into our mouths way too fast. The leaner cuts were super flavourful and the fattier cuts were superb as they melt in your mouth.

The other hot pot ingredients were also quite good, the fish was springy and fresh, fish balls chewy but not over-seasoned... It's no wonder this place is packed. It's definitely an experience.
