My friend and I like burgers. Recently we had lunch at this new casual burger restaurant at Johnston Road, Wanchai. We were happy with our dining experience.We tried the signature Bobby burger which was made to order. It was super yummy and fresh, offering the right balance and satisfying our taste buds. We tried the signature Bobby burger which was made to order. It was super yummy and fresh, offering the right balance and satisfying our taste buds. It was not too oily, not salty and not too dry. The ingredients were reportedly sourced with care, quality and sustainability in mind. The sesame bun was soft. The double beef patties, 100 % British beef, grain-fed, salt moss aged and antibiotic free, were juicy and full of flavour. The other ingredients such as cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles and house sauce were of good quality. As committed by the restaurant owner, it was really better and healthier burgers which everyone could afford.
We also tried some sides, including skinny fries, popcorn chicken and chicken tenders. All of them were delicious. They were of better taste and quality as compared to those offered by other chain stores.
For drinks, I liked orange juice which was sour and sweet. My friend enjoyed his iced mocha which was rich and smooth.
The restaurant was smartly decorated with good vibes. Service was customer-friendly and efficient. The shop logo was lovely, and it was suitable for taking photos to put on IG. It is a restaurant suitable for everyone. Even if you are a vegetarian, they offer Impossible beef burgers.
