Boy n Burger位于湾仔大街之上, 经营的人真的希望可以继续将这品牌发扬光大, 无奈的是开张之后经历的疫情和生意不境气, 令其只能维持着湾仔的生意. 汉堡包套餐定价一百元左右, 不算是特别便宜, 和其他精品汉堡包店差不多. 配菜除了薯条和鸡翼外, 炸豆腐也相当有趣. 特别是内里豆腐带点弹牙, 外表香脆, 配以辣椒酱又是另一种爽快. 汉堡包本身做得还可以, 虽然面包是现成的货式, 但汉堡扒肉香和肉汁都够, 而且外边的焦脆㶶边也有特式, 汁酱甜中带微辛, 同样惹味.Boy n Burger is located on main street in Wan Chai. The people running it really hope to continue promoting this brand, but unfortunately, they have faced the challenges of the pandemic and a downturn in business after opening, which has limited their operations to Wan Chai. The burger combo is priced at around 100 yuan, which is not particularly cheap but similar to other gourmet burger shops. In addition to fries and chicken wings, they also have an interesting fried tofu side dish. The tofu inside is slightly chewy, crispy on the outside, and it pairs well with the chili sauce for a refreshing taste. The burgers themselves are decently made, although the buns are pre-made. The burger patty is flavorful and juicy, and the crispy edges add a special touch. The sauce is slightly sweet with a hint of spiciness, making it equally appetizing.
