Walking around the street in Wan Chai on Saturday noon, we decided to give this place a try. It's quite small with only a few 4-person tables and some seats around the bar, so don't try this with a large party.We decided to get the Shanghai noodles, Pan Fried Dumplings (Sheng Jian Bao) and appetizer sampler a try. We were quite surprised when the chef started to knead the dough and hand-pulled the noodles fresh! The noodles were definitely the highlight, with just the right texture of chewiness.

The appetiser samplers of Smoked Fish and clear noodles were also both tasty. The Sheng Jian took a while to come out and weren't anything special, but decent versions of it.
