Had a blast in fofoThe iberico ham with tomato crystal bread is yum! Not really a mouthful piece and I eat it separately at last


Cuttlefish in carbonara style is new
First time trying this way of cooking
But call me old fashioned or what.. I do prefer a real carbonara after all


Spanish red prawns is a slightly let down
I think it can be cooked better n it’s lack of freshness somehow


Suckling pig comes in a nice portion and the layering under the pig definitely added texture!
