It was a big gathering dinner, and we all find that this is a super value dinner... all you can eat and fun... Seafood is the core part of the dinner, but I have to say, not only they were quite fresh (though cannot be encore), but the others like the beef cube was so rich in taste and tender... and it is shaped in perfect bitesize, and the cube also can help keeping it from over-cooked, nice setup.Very nice beef cube... beef taste was rich too ... tender is the main point.We tried with the bee

Very nice beef cube... beef taste was rich too ... tender is the main point.
We tried with the beef in Soy milk soup... which is considered to be healthy, while I found it the taste was mild, and so, can still let us enjoying the original taste of the meat and food...

Why I will say the dinner is fun too, as I seldom do "deep-fried" , but here, you can try with vegetable, mushroom, or even shrimp tempura ... very much interesting... and great taste...
Quite a lot of interesting choices...
I still prefer the beef slices in hot pot, but as it is a buffet style, we just keep ordering... and surely that we all finished with a big big tummy... beef slices comes in different style, and be honest, as we mixed the meat later, and so, we can't differentiate the pork and beef later... they were all in similar red color overall (or I was a bit drunk?)
When it comes to the dessert part, I loved it too... the sweet bean curd, dryer ice-cream, jelly... can fit different age group, and different preference... Be warned though, don't order too much, take it slowly and enjoy... and do some deep-frying.. quite nice...
