I went during the lunch time menu. I think this place is great! They also read off the orders in Japanese which leads me to believe the cooks are also Japanese.Each component is quite neutral on its own. Once combined together, it really brings out a great harmony of flavors.Soup Base: Prominent Dashi taste. There are a few bits of Pork which is a nice addition and fullness to the broth. Char Siu: has a slight charbroiled taste to it. Reasonably lean.
I got the "Seafood" Dashi(?) Tonkatsu Tsukemen or so I think with extra Char Siu (Pork) and Lava/Ramen Egg (not necessary as an after thought imo)
Seating: Consistently full
