This is a good option for those like us, who just want to grab something comforting after working for 10 hours or so. And the new Beef & Liberty would qualify as a good candidate. I came with some other girl friends at 8 ish (with reservation, but it probably isn't quite necessary for weekdays) and we each ordered a burger, also sharing fries and salad. We loved the sweet potato fries. They made me recall the times in the States. The beef burger was fair and indeed quite original. It is a traditional one with kale and nothing spectacular (e.g. a pretty thin piece of crispy cheese or some kind of special homemade sauces).
There's some craft beer to order too so I would recommend for some casual dinner after long hours at work.
p.s. The service was really quite good. Some of the waiters were really cheerful and talkative, making us feel like home. Keep it up!
