We were craving for burgers thus, decided to try out Beef And Liberty in Central.I love their ambience, very nice vibe and a good look of the LKF view. I ordered their: 1. Chicken burger I though the burger was alright. Their chicken was battered and deep fried exhibit was just alright. I do love the sauce that came with it. The sweet potato fries that I ordered on the side was nicely cooked and seasoned. I would give it a 5.5/10.

【 中环🇺🇸Beef & Liberty 】🍔 - 美国菜💰- 人均$150恭喜发财🧧🧧牛年快乐！今日同大家介绍下(暂时系)我喺香港食过最好味嘅汉堡包🤩Beef & Liberty系由前文华酒店总厨Uwe Opocensky主理，呢间分店位于兰桂坊，店内装修得好有feel，一啲都唔似汉堡包店，chill住食真系第一次🍷① Cheese Burger with Liberty Fries $𝟣𝟣𝟫 + $𝟥𝟣餐牌上有11款burger，我拣左最basic：牛肉汉堡🥩+ Raclette芝士🧀+焦糖洋葱嘅组合🧅，五成熟。第一啖已经被惊艳到，啲肉汁多到一路食一路滴，非常juicy🤤牛肉味浓，而且肉质刚刚好，唔会太生或者过熟。薯条方面有普通薯条、番薯条或者芝士肉酱薯条拣，我试左前前者🍟虽然唔系粗薯条，但食落充满薯味，调味亦刚刚好，点埋芝士酱更加正～食物(5分满分)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️环境(5分满分)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️价钱(5分满分)⭐️⭐️️️️️️⭐️「三顿饭」推介指数 🍚🍚🍚

Me and my friend managed to run into here before the lockdown at 6pm. The restaurant was very quiet and we had our seats at the corner. We only want a quick bite so both of us got a hamburger and a fries with drinks. The burger was juicy and seasoned beautifully. I love their mayo, it was spicy and I spread it all over the burger. The fries were crispy and the ginger drink that I’ve got was quite special.

同朋友lunch疫情二人餐，初时都唔知系食咩。打开餐牌，喔沙律，burger。唔系谂，我唔食菜。即刻叫个最邪恶既burger先。黎到，食，几好味。朋友问我好唔好食，我话ok啦。之后佢话，你食紧既全部都系菜，系植物。顶，唔系挂，真系可以做到真既一样？虽然听得多，但系你俾我拣我都系食肉啰，点知就咁俾人坤左一镬。不过都OK既，口感几好，味都好似。Anyway可以再去。中环又有一间可以再去既铺。Good.
