Been here twice, every time the service sucked!! The avocado toast is good but boy the staff are horrible. Headed to the cashier to order food asked the staff for a menu, “it’s over there!” she said dismissively to me. Headed to the cashier to order food asked the staff for a menu, “it’s over there!” she said dismissively to me. First impression is the most important, yes they already managed to piss me off, great way to make guests feeling welcome.
The shop is pretty small so it’s quite crowded. I was carrying a sports bag and it’s pretty heavy. No staff came to offer help / make a space / seat for me to sit down. So I had to find a seat and moved it myself, as soon as I reached the table, another staff came and said to me “this is a no chair area so you can’t sit here” and moved my chair back. I had to stand the entire time with my bag on the table to finish my meal after being ordered around by the staff. I have never felt so pissed off and unwelcome at a restaurant that I had to type a bad review while eating.
As people started leaving, the staff came told me there are spaces available “can you move there?” he said. Honestly, the staff are so rude, I am like a cattle being ordered around and worst I paid for it!!!
Whoever owns this coffee shop needs to have a rigorous training programme for every staff, this is the second time i have been here and I felt just as horrible as the first time! The food / drinks is good but no customer should put up with this kind of service.
