We made a reservation last week for the dinner at mortons, the resturant made kind phone reminder in thursday and friday morning which is very considerate.When arrving at the lounge, it seems some kind of party was going on in the bar which made me a little bit concerned about the environment, but it turned out to be I worried too much. When arrving at the lounge, it seems some kind of party was going on in the bar which made me a little bit concerned about the environment, but it turned out to be I worried too much. The service is not pushing at all and the waiter carefully explained the dish we want to know friendly and patiently.

We ordered: Ahi-tuna tower, Prime rib-eye, fresh/medium 16oz, chocolate cake. Cosmopolitan/mojito.

The onion loaf, I'd say, looks better than the taste. Of course I didn't meant that taste bad or something, just nothing special, the bread goes well with the butter.

Ahi tuna tower: mixed with avocado, tomatoes and sauces, serving with corn crisp. Great presentation, the ahi-tuna is very fresh and tender, no gross fish-y smell or taste at all. The dish was light but not bland, pretty well seasoned and just melt in my mouth. Full mark for appetizer.

Rib-eye steak: Well seasoned, not even slightly overcooked or undercooked, just like a textbook medium steak should be - rose-pink in the middle, light brown on the side and well grilled on the surface. The steak is tender and juicy, the side-dish grilled asparagus is seasoned with balsamic vinegar and some spices, also well-seasoned, not overcooked soft feeling, another full mark.

The dessert is not surprisingly good, but could certainly be called an outstanding chocolate cake, melt in the middle and served with ice-cream. One drawback is the cake may be too sweet for someone, of course this is a nicklepick, but I hope the less sweetness would be better.

Cocktails: It could be see that they're made by someone who knows how to shake cocktails, Lime in cosmo which lots of bartender forgets, the mintleave in mojito tastes fresh.

One more addition the service is very good, tables and dished always cleaned in time and the manager would care about the customers food, very brilliant dining experience and the price is not ridiculus, I'm pretty sure I would go back again next month.
