今年生日唔再食烧肉,而且人大左,都唔驶另一半俾惊喜,不如安安乐乐自己搵一间钟意嘅餐厅食就算,要知道2个人简单出去食一餐饭都唔容易(因为有小朋友系度,小朋友又冇耐性)。今年就拣左好多人庆祝餐厅必选之一,叫老公去订台时讲底生日request同window seat,不过餐厅话window seat唔guarantee喎~之後隔左几日又打黎话餐厅依家有新menu,有海鲜拼盘嘅,如果要就要mark左credit card先,始终要预份量,唔想人no show,我觉得安排ok的。当日又收到confirm booking call,不过最後交带话尽量8点交台因为有下一轮,咁我地book左6点,,其实都可以8点前交台的。6点准时去到,好感恩因为有预留window seat俾我地,而且张台已经有Happy Birthday 嘅setting~我地Order依个餐,Menu上有我个名首先黎左个面包,热辣辣,个牛油又creamy,我食左少少,因为惊食唔落之後个d。海鲜拼盘生蚝2只,大虾2只,蟹脚2只,同一堆蟹肉特别想讲只大虾好新鲜同弹牙,通常大只都唔好食,不过依只好好食。另配4款不同酱汁。另叫的Rosemary drink ($70)Main dish - 60 Days Dry-aged Porterhouse Steak 24oz (+$288)-MediumDry-aged口感好特别,咸咸地,好似食紧parma ham咁,边边肉系比较熟,我都系第一次食dry aged,不过有d人未必钟意食咁嘅口感,听到隔离台同经理反应意见。Side dishes - Cream Spinach因为steak已经好饱,加上依个非常creamy,有点腻,食左一半食唔落。Side dishes - Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick FriesTruffle 味比较少,普普通通Dessert - Dessert Platter由左到右:Creme Brulee, Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Cake好钟意佢地会系甜品上写上Happy Birthday4款我都好钟意呀,每样都好精致。Chocolate Dipped Strawberry非常大粒不欺场。Chocolate Mousse Cake估唔到唔系太甜,所以好岩我,依晒所以dessert真系非常之饱。P.S. 不过可能我地个Set包Dessert,所以冇送梳乎厘(其实我本人都好钟意食梳乎厘)。我地个面包食唔晒所以选择打包。依餐连加一食左$21xx左右,服务态度好,会每台问意见。我见好多人都系庆祝生日或纪念日之类。但星期六嘅8点後陆续多人,员工真系比较忙,所以冇同我地thank you & say goodbye就真系欠缺了一点。不过都好开心有window seat同少许decoration。Washroom卫生又乾净。而且又会有一张即影即有的合照同员工签名俾返我地,我地都满意嘅~ 继续阅读

Throw back to the most amazing dinner at @Morton’s! Highly recommend their steak and lobster set menu and upgrading the steak to 16oz ribeye! 🥩The cook of the steak was perfect! We asked for medium rare but closer to medium (so 40% cooked) and the meat was so juicy and tender with that delicious beef flavour which wagyu doesn’t have! The plates on which the steak was served was also warm, so that the steak wouldn’t cool down as quickly 👍🏻 🦞The lobster tail was DELICIOUS! Have never had lobster meat this SWEET! With the perfect bouncy texture, hands down the best lobster dish I have ever had, even although I had lobster two nights (and two posts) in a row😂 Honestly have no idea how they prepared the lobster tail! Highly recommend 😉 🍟Highly recommend their Parmesan and truffle fries! Best fries ever! Thin and crispy (still crispy at the end of the meal!) with a delicious truffle flavour somehow infused into the fries (cus the fries weren’t covered in truffle seasoning), a must try! Their hot chocolate cake 🍫was delicious, intense dark chocolate flavour with a gooey inside and a giant scoop of ice cream on the side. 👍🏻Soufflé was super light and fluffy (didn’t deflate even after we took a bunch of photos!) tho on the sweeter side which made sense since it’s mostly made of just sugar and egg whites haha (guess knowing how to bake does sometimes take the magic out of desserts😂) 🦞Lobster soup was also worth trying, very intense flavour, with a piece of lobster meat and a subtle alcohol flavour (not sure what it actually was) which I actually quite liked! As for their famous onion bread, it was very average. I liked the crispy exterior but it didn’t have the wow factor or intense onion flavour I was expecting. Btw, for a table of two, wld suggest ordering just one set and upgrading the steak to a bigger size, because their portion size is more than enough for two! Saw so many tables ordering way too much and wasting food which is such a shame 🙈🥳For birthday celebrations, you get a birthday card signed by the staff and a picture of yourself at the restaurant, a menu with your name printed on it and a free extra soufflé dessert! 老婆生日 老公请食好西🥳想黎潮圣好耐 老公好叻咁book到位一踏入餐厅职员已经好好服务态度老公request左想坐window seat又真系安排到 好开心呀🥰🥰职员递上menu见到有自己个名架😍好surprise 大乡里第一次见😌先上头盘 个包热辣辣 点埋牛油真系好好食个洋葱汤真系好好好好饮 浓味但又唔会死咸平时唔好洋葱汤既老公都饮哂职员好好咁主动帮我地影相又影左张即影即有到主菜喇我嗌左鱼 三文鱼柳煎到刚刚好 好滑个人略嫌个黑醋汁偏甜老公嗌牛Medium真系啱啱好 超嫩有跟两个配菜添薯条条条都好乾身 脆卜卜 磨菇好入味呀 份量超多两杯饮杯都好正衬埋个background真系不得了去到最後仲有甜品两个跟餐一个系生日送既我想讲系焦糖蛋系劲好食我好饱都忍唔住食哂🤤🤤🤤食lunch黎讲 性价比无得弹!!!食物质素,服务态度,餐厅环境全部都 继续阅读

老公生日当然要食餐好,某日行经对面嘅K11 MUSEA抬头一望就见到Morton’s,就灵机一触决定嚟呢度庆生。之前上网睇comments见个个都系叫Steak & Lobster Menu,所以就叫3份呢个set。店员首先奉上餐包,餐包充满洋葱香味而且热辣辣好新鲜。龙虾汤(Lobster Bisque)非常浓郁,而且仲有不少龙虾肉系入面。凯撒沙律(Caesar Salad)沙律菜够新鲜,而且仲有一片片芝士同一块蒜蓉包喺面,非常开胃。嚟呢度就系为咗食佢嘅牛扒,叫三个set就可以试其中三款唔同嘅牛扒。以下呢款系肉眼牛扒(Centre-cut Prime Ribeye) 16oz,肉质较林身亦不失肉味,小朋友最爱呢款牛扒。另一份就拣咗纽约西冷牛扒(Signature Cut Prime New York Strip) 20oz,西冷嘅肉味就比较浓郁,外层仲带一点点炭烧嘅味道,我就比较喜欢呢个西冷。第三份就当然试返呢度嘅signature免翁牛柳(Center-cut Filet Mignon) 6oz,免翁牛柳系牛肉中最嫩滑嘅部位,脂肪较少,6安士牛柳份量最适中,呢个真系必食推介!除牛扒外,呢个set仲有另一海鲜类作主菜,当然要各一份试试啦!三款海鲜类我哋觉得珍宝蟹饼(Crab Cake)系最惊艳,蟹饼嘅蟹肉系一柳柳,好有口感!另外嘅烟肉焗带子(Bacon wrapped Sea Scallops)同样出色,带子有柠檬嘅横切面咁大,用烟肉包住再煎香,带子唔会过熟,肉质仍然非常弹牙,另外仲可以配合果蓉一齐食,绝对系一个美味而清新嘅配搭!反而龙虾尾(Lobster Tail)我个人就觉得一般,肉质唔算十分弹牙,但都正常可接受,另外可以点牛油汁一齐食。芝士松露炸薯条(Parmesan & Truffle Fries)超级好味,薯条炸得外脆内软,上面再洒上芝士同松露,真系食到停唔到口,而且虽然系side dish,但系份量都非常多,真系充满惊喜!为咗平衡番牛扒同薯条嘅油腻感,所以其中一份side dish就拣咗忌廉菠菜(Creamed Spinach),同样都系大大份,好香好creamy。最後就到食甜品,法式焦糖布甸(Cream Brûlée)面层嘅脆糖做得犹如一块薄薄的玻璃片,稍微用少许力度就能「破冰」食到下层嘅布甸,布甸带有云呢嗱籽,食落香而滑。另一款甜品就系焗暖心朱古力饼(Hot Chocolate Cake),其实即系我哋平时讲嘅「心太软」,朱古力味道香浓而不太甜,再配上云呢嗱雪糕,一冷一热的交融为口腔形成强烈对比。预先同餐厅讲咗庆祝生日,所以餐厅都会有特别安排,餐牌会有寿星名字,仲会有即影即有相连贺卡,另外还有一个梳乎厘蛋糕,好有心思!所以如果有庆祝活动,Morton’s绝对会系我嘅私心推介💖 继续阅读
