I am a local in Hong Kong. I love to try different dim sum restaurants. Manmo did surprise me. The price is a bit overpriced though. It still worth to try. They combine western ingredients and Chinese dim sum, and they create some great matches which is out of expectation. Apart from the food, I had also ordered a glass of bloody mary which is fantastic. It is difficult to make a good bloody mary, but they nail it.
