Came to Man Mo on a visit and loved it. We had a group of 5 for dinner. Great vibe, music, and food. Came back again on another visit and had dinner and lunch. Everything is exceptional. Food is fast out the kitchen. Nicola is the owner/manager and one of the waiters. Super nice guy. Great drink selection, especially the wine. Even the house wines are solid. Tapas-style menu, so you can eat a ton, or just come for a snack. The grilled edamame beans are legendary. Such a simple concept, but it knocks my socks off every time. By now we’ve had nearly everything on the menu, and nothing has disappointed. Man Mo is a must-visit for us whenever we’re in HK.

Visited this place for afternoon time delights. I am so impressed by this unique concept of pairing dim sum with wines. I looooove the textures and flavours of each dumpling I tried. The wine was fantastic too. Very welcoming interior. I think it’s one of the best destinations for gastronomic tourism in Hong Kong! I definitely will return and bring my colleagues and friends for nice talk over food and wines. And yes- it’s open open between 3 and 6 pm too!

I am a local in Hong Kong. I love to try different dim sum restaurants. Manmo did surprise me. The price is a bit overpriced though. It still worth to try. They combine western ingredients and Chinese dim sum, and they create some great matches which is out of expectation. Apart from the food, I had also ordered a glass of bloody mary which is fantastic. It is difficult to make a good bloody mary, but they nail it.

Unwelcoming and rude requests by the managerMy friend and I went to the restaurant at around 3pm on a Monday, it was completely empty. Upon arriving, we were told that kitchen was closed so no food could be served. So, we asked to have 2 coffees.After sitting for about an hour, chatting with our laptops out, we were approached by the manager who demanded us to leave as 'this is not the restaurant to just get two coffees and sit for hours in, there are plenty of other places to do this'. However, we were not told at any time any policies regarding no laptop/ no chatting/ no sitting for more than an hour/ minimum charge, etc. The restaurant was completely empty at the time as well (see the attached photo and the time stamp).We are not sure what his problem is, especially since he got some friends at the table next to us who also just ordered one drink each and chatted for about an hour or so. But other staff was friendly and nice.经理提出粗鲁的要求我和我的朋友在星期一下午 3 点左右去了餐厅，那里完全是空的。到达后，我们被告知厨房已关闭，因此无法提供食物。所以，我们点了 2 杯咖啡。坐了大约一个小时，我和朋友有拿出笔记本电脑及聊天。之后经理却要求我们离开，因为‘这不是只买两杯咖啡然后坐上几个小时的餐厅，你有很多其他地方可以去'。然而，我们没有在任何时候被告知不可使用笔记本电脑/不可聊天/不可坐超过一个小时/最低收费等的政策。餐厅当时也完全是空的（见附图和时间戳).我们不确定他的问题是什么，尤其是因为在我们旁边的桌子有一些经理的朋友，他们也只是每人点了一杯饮料并聊了大约一个小时左右。
