If you like selecting your own sushi form turntable, I think this one may just be the best one in HK. I came here with a friend as we were craving some sushi. The place seemed busy as usual, but it took us less than 5 mins to get a seat. We tried many different types and although I like regular sushi, I found deep fried prawn roll to be the best. Not only is the shrimp crispy, but the rice and other toppings all went well together. And their egg custard is really good, def. made when ordered. I

And their egg custard is really good, def. made when ordered. I also liked the free serve ginger lol. Oh, the rotating belt kept being refilled at fast speed, which was a plus too.
