A newly opened Hot Pot restaurant... thought that they specialty is "Hot and Spicy", but I was wrong... they are in fact good at offering quality ingredients, and I really appreciated it. Not only they are putting up the latest and fresh dishes for you to choose, but those classic dishes on the menu are surprising to me and my family... We have picked the Sichuan Hot Pot as our Core, while having two ready dishes to start the dinner... Deep Fried Stick with Shrimp Paste, quite a lovely dish that

 Deep Fried Stick with Shrimp Paste, quite a lovely dish that can help getting our appetite ready, and not too filling... I especially like their shrimp paste... which is quite tasty and not too salty.
Pork Neck Meat

 While the Pork Neck meat was another nice dish to start with... pairing with the sour sauce, we finished it all in just 5 mins... not chewy, but the little burn taste are just so nice ...

 This is the common crispy river fish, and in most restaurant, they are cut in small pieces ... but you can see from it, they are huge, and I was not expecting any surprise here, but sorry, they are real crispy and spongy in a way that makes me have to try another piece to ensure this is a real piece of fish... unbelievable... the texture and taste were just so good... MUST TRY...

 Dumplings were nice too, freshly made here in the shop, but taste was just OK... and portion was a little bit small... but they are not expensive either... so fair enough.

 The next surprising dishes came... in particular, they are just the same as in other shops... but I was wrong again... the beef balls were not only rich in taste, even my Mum agreed that its uncommon... but the Fish Ball was more surprising... very much spongy, and with the real fish taste... I like it so much, and they like it too... another MUST TRY.

While the US Fatty Beef, won't disappoint you and us... and they are nice and rich in taste, but be warned that they are good in hot pot for 5s, or it will be overcooked...

 Their Fresh Squid Paste was great too... we love it and it's fun to do the show and put the paste into the hot pot soup...

...  not only it was quite smooth and texture was spongy too...  but the Squid taste was rich too..

 Too bad that the kitchen missed our order on this, ... which was freshly deep fried here in the shop, and so, it's hot and ready to eat on the spot... a quick snack, but surely it will be too filling  when we have it at the end of the dinner..
