went there with some girl friends for high tea this afternoon. The location is a bit difficult to find, as its kinda like something in between service apartment and those boutique hotel, so we missed the lobby and went up direct from the carpark areathe view is indeed nice from 38/F, and the decor is nice, not those super classy type but with its own taste. we ordered 5 tea sets which comes with a selection of hot / cold drinks, $128 set per person. The set is very filling and after finishing it

worth mentioning the good service. We gave us a table in the middle of the restaurant (not what i requested when i made the booking : window seating), but the waitor pay much effort in making us happy. and voluntarily take pics for us.
have a happy gathering at this place. by the way, its buy 3 get 1 free for using AE card
