Sift Patisserie (已結業)

I like the cupcakes at sift. They get the light airy texture of the sponge and frosting perfectly. It's not for those who like ooey gooey fudgey cupcakes with thick frosting (like me) but I do appreciate it for what it is. The red velvet is good and they had a special once the Isphan cupcake that was reduced sugar with lychee rose, canilla and rasberry - absolutely amazing!
