Didn't realise it is right next to the Peninsula, arrived a few minutes early and had a look at the menu.  Starter of roast suckling pig with mango and fried rice puffs very good, a modern interpretation of the traditional dish, much lighter than using the hoi sin sauce, the mango really helped balance the pork which on its own can be on the salty side.  Chinese style beef filet also very good if only the sauce can be lighter.   Da-liang fried milk another successful dish, the crab meat, scallop

Didn't realise it is right next to the Peninsula, arrived a few minutes early and had a look at the menu.  Starter of roast suckling pig with mango and fried rice puffs very good, a modern interpretation of the traditional dish, much lighter than using the hoi sin sauce, the mango really helped balance the pork which on its own can be on the salty side.  Chinese style beef filet also very good if only the sauce can be lighter.   Da-liang fried milk another successful dish, the crab meat, scallops and egg white beautifully worked together to bring out the best in each ingredient.  Stuffed bitter melon completes our main course, full of flavour and well executed.  We had the fried rice noodles with seafood fooyong but by that time we are already quite full, so we had more of the sauce than the noodles, both excellent. 
题外话/补充资料: Tables nicely spaced out, plenty of space for dishes, but no view - which isn't a problem. I wish i told them to serve dishes one by one, as i am with another friend who is visiting and we have plenty to talk to each other. Dishes arrived too fast and we didn't have time to wolve down everything so they got cold, which is a real pity as they all tasted so good when hot. Clumsy waiter dropped a potent chilli sauce on my jacket when clearing the table - i can still smell it on my suit - they could be more careful with dishes especially with sauce
