I m sushi lover and I have been a long term customer of Nadaman. Over last decade, tones of new Japanese restaurants opened in HK and they all very improved in both food quality and renovation. Nadaman however maintain the same priest BUT the food quality is getting worse every time I visited. The color of sushi are dull, I can tell they are not the most fresh from Japan.
