Getting worse everytime

I m sushi lover and I have been a long term customer of Nadaman. Over last decade, tones of new Japanese restaurants opened in HK and they all very improved in both food quality and renovation. Nadaman however maintain the same priest BUT the food quality is getting worse every time I visited. The color of sushi are dull, I can tell they are not the most fresh from Japan. A lunch sushi platter priced at $640 are only give something similar to $150-200 set lunch in central. Even my mom said the p

Nadaman however maintain the same priest BUT the food quality is getting worse every time I visited. The color of sushi are dull, I can tell they are not the most fresh from Japan. A lunch sushi platter priced at $640 are only give something similar to $150-200 set lunch in central. Even my mom said the piece of toro is worse than those she had from Sen Ryo. This is disappointing.
