— Great way to end the meal! The french toast was perfectly deep fried, leaving the exterior nice and crispy, whilst the bread was still light and fluffy. Despite the kaya and coconut custard, the dessert wasn’t overly sweet. The beer syrup was also super unique!

— The wings were nicely coated in their buffalo and blue cheese sauce without being overpowering on the palate.

— The raspberry imperial sour was a perfect combination of sour beer and raspberry which was super refreshing and oddly addicting. Another refreshing, tart choice created with salted limes that are normally found within cha chan tengs.

— Unique take on the classic carbonara. The fuyu adds a nice umami boost to the dish and is the perfect east-meets-west combination.

— The deep fry on this was really nicely done, as the exterior was super crispy. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside and well marinated.
