Came to this restaurant on Friday after work - ordered chef tasting menu which was $420 per person consisting of 8 dishes. To be honest I don’t really remember every name of the dishes since they are all fusion done there are many special ingredients in different dishes. Baby green (芥蘭) with kombu jelly was our favorite but I also recommend trying their roasted lamb ribs which were so tender and it’s really good with the youghurt. They serve natural wines - tried SOS (fruity) and COSMO (spicy).
