It’s very hard to find a place to drink “Bak Kut Teh” (pork rib dish cooked in broth) in Hong Kong, you can choose Singaporean or Malaysian style here. We chose Malaysian style as it got strong herbal taste, of you prefer stronger black pepper taste, you should choose Singaporean style. The bak kut teh is quite nice, a pot is good for sharing. Hanan style chicken is also nice and it serve without bone. It’s convenient for me to eat =] White pepper tiger prawn is great in size. It’s quite juicy.

White pepper tiger prawn is great in size. It’s quite juicy. The sauce is quite match with the prawn.

If you miss the south East Asian cuisine, here’s one of the best choice in East Hong Kong Island.
