This restaurant is new in the Entertainer App, so I called one day before and asked if I can use the Buy One Free One offer as it’s Sunday and some restaurants will not allow. When I arrived, I re-confirmed with the lady who I answered my call yesterday if I can use the Entertainer App and she wasn’t even sure what I was referring to and keep asking me did I make a reservation as Eatigo requires reservation. She went to ask the manager and came out and told me I couldn’t use, it’s only eligible on Mondays. Seriously? Why did you not tell me when I call yesterday? She then reassured me that the Set Lunch menu was a good deal. Looking through the menu, it’s a 3-course meal with soup/salad buffet, main course (pasta, beef burger, grilled chicken, ribeye, salmon) and dessert/tea/coffee. I ordered the beef burger while my friends ordered ribeye, salmon and pasta.
The soup of the day was pumpkin soup. The taste was a bit peppery, but it’s a bit watery to my liking.
Beef burger— it comes with fries which I quite like it as it’s crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The burger had a layer melted cheese, beef patty and some lettuce. The beef patty was well seasoned and juicy on the inside. Although the salmon was well done cooked, yet it wasn’t overcook and too dry.
In overall, the main courses were decent but it wasn’t worth the price. I don’t think I will come back again anytime soon.
