Food taste is ok but the service is terribly bad. There were lots of empty tables, including the dining hall. However, the staff leaded us to a dark corner which the next table was so close to us that whenever the neighbor moved, her hair almost could touch our body.We requested to change seat to the dining hall but the staff refused to let us to sit there because he said it was requested by the guest for celebration.I also remake on my booking to celebrate my 10th anniversary at Honjo for this

I also remake on my booking to celebrate my 10th anniversary at Honjo for this special occasion. I do not understand why they didn’t arrange a better seat for us, especially we have arrived even earlier.
Also, the waiter had no passion at all. I could not hear what he said whenever he tried to introduce us the dishes. He was whispering.
He also didn’t know how to arrange the dishes on table. Our table was full of empty plates but he didn’t manage to take out those first. Instead, he squeezed the spaces for the new dishes in front of us.
We were totally disappointed by all the arrangements.
