The sea urchin soup base is not that tasty. The chicken that goes with it does not taste special and it does not go well with the soup base. It is not worth waiting in line at store opening to get this dish. On the other hand, the shrimp base soup with pork is better. But it has the same issue with the soup base which is not too tasty...
