There is a wide variety of dim sum and the quality is very good - hot and nicely done, very tasty. My favourites are: beef tandon, lotus rice, and prawn dumplings. We ordered roast pork which is hot and crispy - wonderful!! the only complain we had is the service. When we asked for an itemised receipt of the bill, we were told they dont' usually give it to customers. When we insisted, we were told to ask at the cashier. We were then handed in the receipt by a rude cashier who said "is that you w

We were then handed in the receipt by a rude cashier who said "is that you who asked for an additional receipt? it that ok now?" and before we were able to confirm, she just walked away . Well perhaps they dont' usually get a request like that and it must have caused them a whole lot of work to do it. Maxim is a chain restaurant, and having this kind of service is not doing the group any good.
题外话/补充资料：
You need to get a reservation number well in advance, often 1.5 hours before the dining time.
