Picked this place as this is the only restaurant without a long queue waiting to get in. And because of that, we had almost no expectation whatsoever. We ordered 2 lunch sets, which by the way, are also available during weekend. This is the first time I had risotto with pesto sauce and it tasted really good! This is the first time I had risotto with pesto sauce and it tasted really good! I liked the texture of the risotto, which was not overly soft or soggy. The burger tasted great too, with very rich flavors and complex texture.
The seafood pasta was delicious as well. The mussels were very fresh indeed! And the pasta was made al dente.
I added $15 for an iced hazelnut latte, which was a bit unnecessary in retrospect.
hkfoodtour’s official verdict: Sub par service but food was better than expected! Worth a try (esp with the lunch sets).
