To most people, Central Pier 7 was just a place to take ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui but today I discovered something more than that!White Beard Fish n Chips was located at the ground level of Pier 7. You would definitely see when took the ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui. As it was a take-away shop, there were no seats available. But, there were some public sitting area near in the pier that you could do your meals. Relishing the sea with Fish n Chip definitely made your day!!!No doubts, Fish and Chips was the

No doubts, Fish and Chips was their top recommendation. Apart from it, it had other deep fried seafood, such as prawns, oysters, shrimp cakes, etc. For each fried dish, you could choose one home-made source.
Besides, they served refreshing drinks, such as lemonade, iced tea and fruit kush. Beer available too but sad that it was a work day lunch... Couldnt do that... Sad...
All fried food was cooked upon order. From the side window, you could see it cooked. However, during rush hours, you might have to wait a while. But its worthy!
1) Signature Fish and Chip HKD68 +HKD15 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐💢): There were two finger-size fish slices with thin coating. The coating was crispy and hot. But, it didnt cover the fish taste. You could first taste it without any source to relish the fish taste first and then, with the source. We chose the "Mustard" and "Thai Chili". "Thai Chili" was especially good! Its source taste made the fried fish less oily! The chips were good too. It was rather thick and with the potato skin - good texture
2) Garlic Prawn Boat HKD42(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐💢): There were 5 pieces in total. A bit different from the fried fish, the fried prawns had a strong butter taste and the coating was more crispy. "Thai Chili" was a good source to eat with. Thai style~~
3) Onion Rings HKD15 (⭐️⭐️⭐️💢💢): Probably less attractive than the other two. The rings were quite hard...
All in all, this is a restaurant worth trying. Relishing the fish n chips next to the sea is definitely breath-taking and enjoyable! Do try it
