Always wanted to try a lady M crepe cake, but because it's so expensive we only decided to try it as a pair to share. We ordered the Earl grey crepe cake. The earl grey flavour was very substantial and extremely aromatic. The taste compared to a real cup or earl grey tea. The crepes itself were very thin and easy to break through, with a good amount of cream in between each layers. The cake was not soggy and had decent texture. However, the cream was too sweet and even though we shared 1 cake b
For an earl grey cake, this is one of the strongest flavoured cakes I've tried, but because the cream was way too sweet, I am unlikely to get the same flavour from lady M again.
