Always wanted to try this place when they opened, but never found time to go. The place is situated at the Club Lustiano, the environment has an atmosphere of a fine dining steakhouse with a Japanese flair. They have set menu and a la carte to choose from. I ordered from their set menu with wine pairing. Each dishes they served were meticulously prepared, just like an art piece. The veal fillet tartare is a must to try. It just melts in your mouth and the freshness of the tartare was to die for.
Another dish that was worth mentioning was the wagyu which served in an iron skillet. The meat was tender and juicy, the way I like it. The beef burger which we ordered was also very good medium rare in the inside, the beef taste remains very strong which was a plus!
