题外话/补充资料： We had the full works from appetiser to dessert. It was all lip-smackingly good. We had two rounds of freshly shucked oysters with three delicious and complex sauces, fresh lemon and a ton of ice. 6 irish oysters followed by 6 Fine de Claire Frencies. Super fesh and tasty. Next up is the lobster cocktail and lobster bao - I could eat thos Bao until the cows come home. Just super lobstery, buttery, goodness in a super soft bao. The lobster salad was also great, fresh and nicely cooked - served on ice. Lobster cocktail - Lobster Cocktail, White Soy Aioli, Lovage, Fingerling Lime Lobster bao - Lobster Bao, Maine lobster, Soy Brown Butter, Preserved Lemon Main courses - my wife had the prawns and I had a grouper schnitzel. What can I say - not an atom left of both dishes. The kids had a burger from the lunch menu despite it not being listed!! King Prawns, Avocado, Coconut Nage, Citrus & Herbes Grouper Schnitzel, Slow Roasted Tomato, Caviar Beurre Blanc We had sides of the carrots and fingerling potatoes. Desserts - filling up by now but we had a delicios peaches and cream with a nice cookie and then a passionfuit semifreddo. Passion Fruit Semifreddo, Mango, Papaya, Mint Syrup We WILL be back!!
