Food is good, too bad the chefs and owner of this restaurant have no idea of how bad the service is. Sat at a 4 table top with just two of us, I asked to be moved coz of the aircon drip, the waiter sarcastically challenged me and questioned me if it really had dripped on me coz he already moved my chair before I arrive to avoid this, and that I should look on the floor for proof of his work. Then after 20mins they sat a young couple right next to us when the restaurant is empty and also they knew about the aircon drip….. the couple complained but the mighty waiter said no other seats sorry…. Until they insisted and asked to be moved to the bar. This was the sign for me to dash out the door but it was pouring outside and the food was actually quite alright.
Will not bore you with details about the inattentive, rude and sarcastic attitude of the waitress since she have her boss to thank for condoning and teaching her this customer service.
The waiter started packing all the wet outdoor decor and advertisements to the inside of the packed restaurant and placed them right next to us to insinuate that we couldn’t give a rats ass about you lot, please leave now.
At the end, my friend asked who the owner is to the mighty waiter, he said he doesn’t know how to answer this question….. when asked are you the manager? He said yes ofcourse… we did not bother to complain there since he is the cause of it all.
Cheap dinner, good food, don’t come if you want even just ONE ounce of normal restaurant service. My bad is I didn’t scroll through the other reviews before coming as there are a lot of attitude complains. If you are only in for a cheap quick meal, be their guest!
