Called one day in advance for lunch appointment, no one pick up phone for three times in a day. Called again on the day we persuade for lunch, said not accepting booking, suggest us walk in. So we went here half hour in advance and told us only can sit for one hour since there's only reservations after (They mentioned no reservations accepted for this day!!) I request for 15mins more buffer for us but they denied straight forward with the restaurant half empty. Appearance and communication of st
