Whenever I need a dim sum fix, I visit Dim Sum Here on Nathan Road because of the excellent food quality and fair prices. All dim sums were cooked by order and served steaming hot. Har gow and siu mai, just as good as what we had before. Shrimp rice noodle roll was a standout - tons of fresh and crunchy shrimps with a thin and smooth wrapper packed with fragrant rice flavors. Chicken feet - braised on point, perfect texture, full of umami in the sauce. The piping hot deep-fried veggies were topped with bouncy fish cake and finely seasoned.
Highly recommend if you're looking for traditional dim sums. Would be even better if they could provide different types of tea for guests to choose!
