I love to travel and it includes how I appreciate food. Even though I believe that visiting different restaurants is a bit risky, I continue to do so. Luckily when I bound in Road Central, Central and set my foot in Mott32 Restaurant. This restaurant didn’t fail me. The foods are great. I ordered barbecued prime Iberico pork with Yellow Mountain honey and applewood-roasted Peking duck. This is really good! I love to travel and it includes how I appreciate food. Even though I believe that visiting different restaurants is a bit risky, I continue to do so. Luckily when I bound in Road Central, Central and set my foot in Mott32 Restaurant. This restaurant didn’t fail me. The foods are great. I ordered barbecued prime Iberico pork with Yellow Mountain honey and applewood-roasted Peking duck. This is really good! I also try this Prawn, Crispy Rice Paper ($80/serving): this was another popular dish of the afternoon. Basically, prawn filling was wrapped in crispy rice paper, fried and then coated with a layer of rice flour. I felt it was a great play on textures: the rice flour was thin and smooth and a sharp contrast from the crispy and chewy prawn filling.
Mott 32’s service was efficient and their staffs are friendly. The price is reasonable while having this sumptuous meal. I’ll be back soon and try their other dishes like Dim Sum and Signature Crispy Sugar Coated BBQ Spanish Teruel Pork Bun.
