This shop has undergone a major refurbishment, changing from a old-school shop to a more modern-looking one to cater to the mass crowd. Shop lay out was more organized and more waitress to serve the crowd. I have came here a few times, revisiting because of their thick and spicy soup base.  I ordered quite a fair bit of ingredients, namely pig intestines, veggies, fish ball, beef ball and hot dog etc. I came here mainly because of their soup base. I ordered quite a fair bit of ingredients, namely pig intestines, veggies, fish ball, beef ball and hot dog etc. I came here mainly because of their soup base. This time round, there was a drop in standard as the soup was not as thick as before. Nonetheless it was still ok. I was abit disappointed as it was quite hard to find a shop in Hong Kong that served as good as theirs last time.
